Tris and Kris Coaching (Soul Art LLC) Policies

Effective date: 2026-02-23

These policies apply to all coaching services delivered by Tris and Kris Coaching, a service of Soul Art LLC, provided remotely to clients worldwide. They also describe privacy and cookie practices for our website.

1) What Coaching Is (and Is Not)

Coaching is not psychotherapy or psychological diagnosis. Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process designed to support personal and professional growth, accountability, and skill-building. Goal-oriented steps achieved through scientifically backed mental fitness and bio-engineering techniques that build long-term change and growth.

2) Ethical Standards

We are committed to practicing in alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, including standards relating to integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, boundaries, and managing conflicts of interest. We aim to provide a respectful, inclusive, and professional coaching environment.

If you have a concern about ethics, boundaries, or the coaching process, we encourage you to raise it directly with us so we can address it promptly and constructively.

3) Working Internationally (Remote Services)

Because we work with clients across different countries, states, and regions, coaching services may be subject to different local requirements. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Coaching sessions are delivered remotely (for example, by video or phone).

  • You are responsible for ensuring coaching is permitted in your location and that you are able to participate lawfully.

  • You understand that coaching standards, professional titles, and consumer rules may differ across jurisdictions.

4) Privacy, Confidentiality, and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Coaching conversations are treated as confidential to the fullest extent reasonably possible.

Confidentiality limits: We may need to disclose information if required by law or if there is an immediate risk of serious harm, or where reporting obligations apply (these vary by jurisdiction).

Data protection: We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and session details. Because we serve clients internationally, privacy obligations may apply depending on your location, including laws such as:

  • GDPR (European Economic Area and UK, where applicable),

  • CCPA/CPRA (California, where applicable),

  • and other local privacy regulations.

We aim to handle personal data in a way that is lawful, fair, and limited to what is necessary for providing coaching and operating our business. If you would like to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information (where applicable), please contact us.

5) Cookies and Similar Technologies (Website)

If you visit our website (built on Framer), the site and its infrastructure may use cookies and similar technologies (for example, small files stored on your device) to support core functionality, security, and basic site operations.

What we use cookies for (currently):

  • Essential/necessary purposes such as site functionality, load balancing, security, and preventing abuse.

  • Preference-related purposes (for example, remembering settings), where applicable.

Third-party content and embeds: If we embed or link to third-party tools (for example, scheduling tools, video players, payment links, or social media content), those providers may place cookies or collect data according to their own policies. If and when such embeds are used, cookie behavior may change depending on the provider and your settings.

Your choices: You can control cookies through your browser settings (including blocking or deleting cookies). Please note that blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality.

Updates: If we add non-essential cookies (for example, analytics or marketing cookies) in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide appropriate notice and choice/consent options.

6) Scheduling and Session Conduct

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.

You are encouraged to join from a private, quiet space with a reliable connection.

To protect your experience, please minimize distractions and avoid multitasking during sessions.

7) Late Arrivals and Forfeited Sessions

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.

If you are 15 minutes late or more, the session is forfeited and is considered used.

If you are less than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to use the remaining time, but the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

8) Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Client cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session time.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the session is not refundable and is considered used.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for unused coaching (for example, unused sessions in a package), subject to these policies and any written agreement you have with us.

Sessions missed or canceled under 48 hours are not eligible for refund.

Any approved refund is limited to the amount paid for the unused coaching portion and does not include any used sessions, completed time, or already-delivered services.

9) Coach Reliability and Rescheduling by Us

We take our commitments seriously and will always do our best to show up fully and on time for every session.

If a coach must cancel for any reason:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible.

  • You will be offered a reschedule or a replacement session at mutually agreed times.

  • The client will not be charged for a session that the coach did not deliver.

10) Payments (General)

Payment terms (single sessions, packages, and any subscription arrangements) will be confirmed at the time of booking or purchase. Access to coaching may require payment in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11) Communication Between Sessions

Between-session support, if offered, will be defined clearly (for example, limited messaging for accountability). We do not provide emergency services. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a licensed professional.

12) Respectful Participation and Right to End Services

We are committed to a coaching space that is respectful, non-discriminatory, and constructive. We may pause or end coaching services if there is harassment, repeated boundary violations, or ongoing behavior that makes it unsafe or unworkable to continue. In such cases, any refund eligibility will be limited to unused coaching, consistent with the refund section above.

13) Changes to These Policies

We may update these policies from time to time to reflect operational changes or evolving standards. The effective date at the top indicates the current version.
