What is Coaching?

Coaching is where you come to think clearly, break old patterns, and build new habits. It is supportive, non-judgmental, and tailored to your goals, using tools like NLP-based techniques and behavioral change frameworks to help you create significant growth.

How does Coaching work?

Coaching turns awareness into action. We clarify your goals, identify what’s getting in the way, and use practical tools to shift the way you think, feel, and respond under pressure. Between sessions, you practice small changes in everyday moments, so the new way of being becomes your new normal.

What results can I expect?

You can expect to understand yourself better, respond instead of react and communicate more clearly, especially in the moments that usually derail you. With practice, this often leads to healthier patterns in your life... not just with people, but with work, stress, and decision-making too. Over time, many clients build stronger self-trust, clearer boundaries, more emotional steadiness and more consistent follow-through. Coaching & Therapy, whats the difference?

Coaching can be just as deep and healing as therapy, it simply works from a different angle. Psychology often includes diagnosis. Coaching meets you exactly where you are today and focuses on creating forward movement: clarifying your goals, identifying the patterns that keep you stuck, and turning insight into actionable steps that reshape your behavior and thought patterns over time. The result is change you can live. More aligned choices, steadier emotions, and ongoing progress toward the outcomes that matter most to you.

Who will coach me... Tris or Kris?

Both Tris and Kris coach with the same core approach and values. The difference is the fit - Your goals, personality, schedule, and what you want support with the most. You can choose your Coach, or we can guide you to the best match after a brief call, so you feel confident from the start.

How do the sessions work?

Sessions are usually 60 minutes in a supportive 1:1 space. We meet via Google Meet, and scheduling is done through Calendly. You will have our full attention, encouragement, and powerful tools to help you stay aligned and motivated. Show up as you are.. We will take it from there.

What qualifies you to Coach me?

We are Mindvalley, ICF, and CPD-trained Life coaches, with additional training in NLP, neuroplasticity and powerful techniques to support real, lasting change. We combine internationally recognized coaching standards with practical tools, deep listening, and clear guidance, so you feel supported, focused and able to take aligned action. We also practice 6-Phase Meditation, which we use to help you cultivate calm, self-awareness, and emotional steadiness as you create meaningful and lasting change.

We follow the ethical guidelines of ICF, CPD, and Mindvalley, with a strong commitment to confidentiality, clear boundaries, informed consent, and your autonomy. We’re honest about what coaching is (and isn’t) and we hold a respectful, non-judgmental space that puts your wellbeing first. We also keep our work relevant through ongoing training... continually refining our approach while staying grounded in professionalism and ethics.
